The fire loss program is designed to help support the homeowner by streamlining the construction process. The program offers reduced design services to accelerate the rebuilding process. The phased contract approach allows the homeowner the flexibility of services without the commitment of a full-service construction contract.
Phase 1 – Conceptual Design
The homeowner signs a contract for conceptual design. Conceptual design includes:
- Site Plan
- Floor Plan
- Elevations
Brennan Construction will provide a basic construction estimate based on the final conceptual design.
Phase 2 – Plans and RTI (Ready to Issue)
The conceptual design will serve as the baseline for full plan sets including Architectural, Structural, Engineering, and Title 24 (Actual requirements may vary).
The completed plans will be submitted to the appropriate agency and managed through to RTI.
Cost for Plans: Cost varies based on scope of work
Cost for RTI: The homeowner will pay the exact cost of fees related to submission and RTI.
Phase 3 – Construction
The homeowner signs a construction contract with Brennan Construction to complete the project once RTI is achieved.
Cost: Actual Cost is based on the final approved plan set. The homeowner will receive a line-item custom proposal tailored to their specific project.
Brennan Construction will work directly with your architect if you prefer.
